Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance, but it will not be returned under any circumstance. Please be sure you’re ready to book before submitting your deposit.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
If rescheduling happens after 48 hours, a $50 fee will be added on top of your original deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to a later date.
No-Show / No-Call Policy
If you fail to show up or do not contact your provider beforehand, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional $50 fee will be charged.
